Strategies and Planning: Neighborhood Plan for Adair Park / Pittsburgh, Atlanta

In a group of six, we prepared a neighborhood-level plan for two neighborhoods, Adair Park and Pittsburgh, in Southwest Atlanta. Both neighborhoods are communities with strong historical roots that are facing significant development pressure, and during this year of COVID impacts, we conducted analysis to understand underlying conditions and developed strategies to aid recovery and response. Our plan, Adair Park and Pittsburgh 2030, outlines a path forward that would be driven by –and anchored in– the existing community. The aim is to ensure that the future is bright not only for new residents but also for the longtime residents of Adair Park and Pittsburgh.

While our work are collaborative in nature, the following showcase my work the most.
